S. cerevisiae L5685 or L5685Δmac1 cells were incubated at 39°C in the presence (100 mM) or absence of NAME followed by the process for RT qPCR analysis. The mRNA level of each gene was normalized to that of ALG9 and the relative induction fold compared to cells incubated at 25°C was shown.
