SNAP25 and CSP bind preferentially to zDHHC17 compared to zDHHC3 or zDHHC7. (A) HA-tagged zDHHCs were transfected into HEK293T cells, and corresponding cell lysates were incubated with Ni²⁺-NTA beads and either 75 μg of His₆-SNAP25 or equivalent volume of PBS; 1/16 of input and 1/3 of bound fractions were subjected to SDS–PAGE, transfer to nitrocellulose, Ponceau-S staining, and Western blot analysis using HA antibody.
