ETV6-RUNX1 expression perturbs MYC binding to its targets. (A) HEK 293T expressing V5-ETV6-RUNX1 and control cells were subjected to Western blot analysis using anti-MYC and anti-V5 antibodies. (B) Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed using an anti-MYC antibody, followed by massively parallel sequencing of isolated DNA fragments.
