(A) In RAW264.7 cells after transfection with p62 siRNA, the number of TRAP-positive multinuclear cells was significantly decreased as compared with the negative control (NC). (B) F-actin ring formation was inhibited in osteoclasts after transfection with p62 siRNA. (C) The mRNA expression levels of osteoclastogenesis-related genes were significantly decreased in RAW264.7 cells after knockdown of p62 as compared with the negative control (NC). mRNA expression was normalized against β-actin in the samples analyzed.
