Metabolism of AA and AEA by human CYP2J2-ND-CPR identified qualitatively using LC-ESI-MS. The different regioisomers of (A) AA (m/z 319.5 of 14,15-EET at 22.5 minutes) and (B) AEA (m/z 363.4 of 14,15-EET-EA at 14 minutes) produced six different products, including four epoxide regioisomers at the 5,6-, 8,9-, 11,12-, and 14,15-olefin positions and two HETEs.
