Values derived from a multivariate Poisson model for all-cause mortality for deaths of known cause. The model included all terms significant at the 10% level in the bivariate model. Individual interaction terms between cause of death (HIV/TB or Other) and individual terms were introduced individually in a series of models. Results shown are for models for which convergence was achieved.
