Co-immunoprecipitation of GFP10-NLRP3 protein constructs with GPSM3. Flag-tagged GPSM3 was co-transfected with the same GFP10-NLRP3 fusion proteins used to map the interaction by BRET (Fig. 2) and immunoprecipitation was performed using anti-Flag M2 agarose-conjugated antibody; co-immunoprecipitated proteins were detected by immunoblotting with an anti-GFP antibody.
