5-FU (A) or 5-FC (B) cytotoxicity in R3327-AT cells expressing CD/mDsRed and CD/UPRT/mDsRed compared to parental cells. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of 5-FU or 5-FC and survival was determined using colony formation assay.
