Validation of the array data through qRT-PCR. The expression analysis of the selected genes shows the positive correlation with the microarray data. qRT-PCR was carried out with root and shoot tissues of Arabidopsis exposed to AuCl⁻₄, Ag⁺, and Cu²⁺, under similar experimental conditions used for the microarray analysis.
