Prediction of changes in plant biochemical pathways on the basis of changed gene expression profile. A web based tool, Plant MetGenMap (http://bioinfo.bti.cornell.edu/cgi-bin/MetGenMAP/home.cgi) was used to predict the changes. (A) Glutathione mediated detoxification of xenobiotics.
