TBA reactive substances release from MCF-7 cells exposed to TAM (4 μg/ml) and NDAM (6 μg/ml) either alone or in combination for 72 h. Lipid peroxidation was analyzed through measuring the malonaldehyde equivalents TBA reactive substances. A significant increase in TBA reactive substances was observed in the MCF-7 cells following treatment with TAM/NDAM compared with that of treatment with TAM or NDAM alone.
