LIRR1 regulates γ-H2AX focus formation following IR. (A) LIRR1-overexpressing BEAS-2B cells and the BEAS-2B cells stably transfected with the vector were irradiated with a single dose of 4 Gy X-ray radiation followed by immunofluorescence within 1 h of IR.
