Data are proteins (300 µg per gel) separated by two-dimensional IEF/SDS–PAGE and exposed for 3 d to a phospho-imaging plate. Seedlings were grown as described in Fig. 1. Coleoptile tips (top 7–11 mm) were excised and ‘healed’ for 5 h in hypoxia (0·028 mm O₂) prior to exposure to 0–4 h in aeration or anoxia, and 68–72 h in anoxia; in all cases with 50 mm exogenous glucose.
