(a) Colonies patterned on the µCP SAM platform can be harvested to form uniformly sized EBs. EBs were formed from three independently cultured hPSC lines (H9, HSF1, and hIPS2) after 3 days of culture. Phase contrast images of the EBs were obtained immediately after removal from the patterned substrate to quantify the population size distributions (Scale bars = 250 µm).
