Blood flow measurements in the skin flaps. In the mid-distal portion of skin flap, the ratio of the blood flow was significantly increased in the HGF virus group on postoperative days 7 and 10 compared with the other groups (A). In the distal portion of skin flap, there was significant increase in the ratio of blood flow in the HGF virus group on postoperative days 3 and 7 compared with the other groups (B).
