IgG-specific antibodies against rOmp31 were evaluated by indirect ELISA preinoculation (30 days after last immunization) and postinoculation (30 days after challenge with B. canis RM6/66). Values are means plus standard deviations (SD) (error bars) for 10 and 5 mice preinoculation and postinoculation, respectively.
