Differences in the mRNA levels of adhE1, ctfA, ctfB, and adc genes between the wild type and rex-inactivated mutant are statistically significant (P < 0.01), while the mRNA levels of all the studied genes in the wild type are significantly different (P < 0.01) upon treatment with MV.
