Autophagosomes do not fuse with lysosomes in EBV-producing cells. B95-8 cells transfected with pDest-mCherry-EGFP-LC3B plasmid and treated with T/B for 24 h (A) or starved for 2 h to induce autophagy (B) were analyzed by immunofluorescence.
