BLI analysis of NSP2-VP1 interactions. VP1-NSP2 association and dissociation curves were obtained through serial dilutions of NSP2 (0.5, 0.8, 1.5, 3, 5, 7, and 10 μM) plus buffer blanks and using the Octet acquisition software. Representative sensograms for three of the concentrations are shown. Sensograms were fitted with a global two-site binding model. The K_D1, K_D2, k_on, and k_off values for two sites are shown below the graph. The insert shows Coomassie blue-stained SDS-PAGE gels of SA11 VP1 and SA11 NSP2 proteins.
