Expression of the PspA antigenic region and viral proteins in cells infected with PR8 or HA-KO/PspA virus. MDCK and HA-MDCK cells were infected with the indicated virus at an MOI of 0.0001, and an immunofluorescence assay was performed 36 h postinfection.
