Viral RNA transcription activity by minigenome assay. 293T cells were transfected with the plasmids PHW2000-PB2, PHW2000-PB1, PHW2000-PA, PHW2000-NP, the luciferase reporter plasmid pPolI-Luci-T, and an internal control plasmid expressing Renilla luciferase. The PB2 and PA plasmids were wild type or contained the mutations indicated. Luciferase activity was measured at 48 h after transfection.
