Principle coordinate analyses were conducted based on the Bray-Curtis dissimilarity of bacterial 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing libraries from soil samples. Blue or pink symbols, respectively, correspond to DNA samples from high-density gradient fractions from incubations with labeled or unlabeled cellulose.
