C. difficile RT017 CF5- and M68-mediated effects on BMDC cytokine production. BMDCs were stimulated with CF5 and M68 (MOI = 10) for 8 h. IL-12 (A), IL-27 (B), IL-23 (C), TNF-α (D), IL-10 (E), IL-1β (F), and cellular pro-IL-1β (G) were measured by ELISA. Pro-ILβ was undetectable in the cell culture supernatants. LPS at 1 μg/ml served as a positive control.
