Dot blot of stx2a-converting (933W) or stx2c-converting (2851) phage DNA. Samples from an in vitro culture were applied to a nylon membrane in 2-fold dilutions as indicated and probed for the gene for the 933W or 2851 replication protein O. Values below the dots indicate the integrated pixel densities, measured using Adobe Photoshop. Values derived from Photoshop analysis were divided by 1,000 for ease of presentation on the blots.
