Results for ceftaroline, telavancin, tetracycline, vancomycin, and daptomycin were determined by Etest. All other antibiotics were tested with the BD Phoenix system, except for tests with TMHS-5006 for which MICs are not provided, for which the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method was used. S, susceptible; I, intermediate; R, resistant; NS, nonsusceptible; NP, not performed. CLSI breakpoints for ceftaroline were used.
