Growth and normalized gfp gene expression (RFU/OD450) of the P. aeruginosa PAO1 biosensor strains carrying rsmY-gfp (A and C) and rsmZ-gfp (B and D) in ABTGC medium containing various concentrations of iberin. Every 30 min, growth and gfp fluorescence were measured using OD450 values and relative fluorescence units (RFU), respectively.
