Relationship between GLI1 and GLI3 mRNA expression in stage II-IV lung adenocarcinoma patients. Pairwise comparisons of each GLI mRNA expression level showed that there was a strong positive correlation between GLI1 and GLI3 mRNA expression (rs = 0.46, P <0.001). Statistical significance was estimated by calculating the Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (rs). Each mRNA value was expressed as a ratio to GAPDH mRNA (internal control).
