In vitro degradation of hydrogels in (a) PBS (pH 7.4); (b) PBS (pH 4); (c) PBS (pH 7.4) containing collagenase A (1mg/ml) at 37°C for 28 days. The degradation profile of the hydrogels was determined by measuring the wet remaining ratio of the hydrogels at each time point. Each value represents the mean ± SD (n = 3).
