In vitro cumulative release profiles of BMP-2 from CLF hydrogels over a 4-week period. The cumulative release (a) amount and (b) percentage of BMP-2 from the CLF hydrogels were determined as a function of time by a BMP-2 immunoassay at 450 nm. Concentration of BMP-2 was 10 or 100 ng/ml. Each value represents the mean ± SD (n = 3 per each group).
