PARP-1 inhibitor 3-ABA treatment inhibits PARP-1 activation. MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 μmol/L 3-ABA for 24 h and recovered for 12 h. Cells were harvested and analyzed for the expression of Kif4A and PARP-1 by western blot, and α-tubulin was used as the loading control. Our results showed that 3-ABA treatment didn’t affect the expression of Kif4A and PARP-1.
