Rodent and primate cortical pyramidal cells show a distinct linear relationship between PC1 and PC3. (A) The majority (71%) of cluster c consists of rodent cortical pyramidal cells, whereas a similar proportion of cluster d (72%) corresponds to primate pyramidal cells, which tend to be only partially reconstructed.
