Note the lines of best fit crossing at the y-axis indicative of noncompetitive inhibition for all compounds except AHA. All Ki values were determined by nonlinear regression (hyperbolic equation) analysis using the mixed inhibition model, which allows for simultaneous determination of the mechanism of inhibition. The mechanism of inhibition was qualitatively confirmed using Lineweaver–Burke analysis.
