480 potentially relevant publications were identified from Pubmed/Medline search for key words and research references within related studies. Of these, 230 were duplications and 218 were excluded after further examination of the title and abstract. Of the 32 remaining articles, 2 were from duplicate RCTs and 6 did not meet our inclusion criteria, which left 24 RCTs that were used for our analysis.
