Polysomal profiling during CA and DA. Polysomal fractionation was prepared from NA, CA5d, CA7d, DA6h, DA12h, and DA24h samples and separated through 10–50% sucrose density gradients by ultracentrifugation. Separated complexes were scanned at 254 nm and recorded. The absorbance peaks represent subpolysome containing single ribosome subunits (40S and 60S) or monosomes (80S) and polysome complexes.
