Cross-links showing the register between Ndc80 and Nuf2 coiled coils are presented as blue and green lines. Orange lines denote loop-links that support the presence of a loop predicted in the coiled-coil region of Ndc80. Cross-links consistent with a tightly folded conformation of the Ndc80 complex are shown as red lines. Full cross-linking results are diagrammed in Figure S2 and listed in Table S4 and Table S5.
