NUP1 is regulated by the canonical COI1-MYC2 jasmonate signaling pathway. A to C, Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of COI1, MYC2, NUP1, ERF189, and PMT expression in COI1 RNAi lines (C1 and C2, and C3 and C4, respectively) of cultured tobacco BY-2 cells (A) or tobacco hairy roots (B) and in MYC2 RNAi lines (M1 and M2) of tobacco hairy roots (C). Tobacco cells or roots were treated with 100 μm MeJA for 24 h. The data are the mean values (±sd) of three biological replicates.
