Treatment with triptolide reduced Aβ production in the brains of 5XFAD mice. (A–D) ELISA analyses revealed that treatment with triptolide (T10) induced a significant decrease in the levels of both soluble and insoluble Aβ42 in the cortex (Cor) and hippocampus (Hipp) of 5XFAD (Tg) mice.
