A, Flow cytometric gating strategy for analysis of macrophages in dispersed lung cell suspensions. B-F, WT or St2^−/− mice were administered intranasally with PBS or bleomycin, and lung tissue harvested on day 7 was dispersed. The percentage of macrophage subsets in the tissue was determined by using flow cytometry.
