Turnover rate of APC/C substrate proteins. HT1080 cells were treated with 10 μg/ml of cycloheximide in the presence or absence of 30 μM of SNIPER(TACC3)-1 for the indicated periods. Whole-cell lysates were analyzed using western blotting with the indicated antibodies (top). The expression levels of TACC3, CDC20 and Cyclin B were normalized by glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), and the relative levels compared with time 0 were evaluated.
