(a) HeLa cells were treated with 50 μM DHA for the indicated times, and intracellular ROS levels were detected by flow cytometry using CM-H2DCFDA probes. (b) CM-H2DCFDA-loaded HeLa cells were pretreated, or not, with 5 mM NAC for 1 h followed by 50 μM DHA for 2 h, and ROS levels were examined by flow cytometry.
