Antibodies determined by ELISA and semi-quantitation of antibody titer; adverse pregnancy outcome defined as fetal loss, stillbirth, pre-term delivery, and low birth weight. Genetic amniocentesis was performed at 16–20 weeks of gestation; no gestational age provided for the PTL and PPROM groups.
