Details of relationships in our property graph model that map to the entity-relationship representation shown in Figure 1. These relationships roughly translate to those shown in the entity-relationship diagram of the TumorML data model shown in Figure 1. For example, the relationship HAS_INPUT links a Model to an input Parameter. We have extended the TumorML data model slightly, for example introducing the SYNONYM_OF_TERM relationship that links synonymous Terms together.
