Relative qRT-PCR was performed on CMCP6 to examine expression of select stressosome genes (rsbRST and a downstream two-component sensory protein, here denoted “TCSP”) confirming RNAseq results. GAPDH was used to normalize expression data. Asterisks represent significant differences in expression p<0.0001 (One-way ANOVA).
