^aIon trap chromatography conditions are the same as listed in Table 1. The Orbitrap data is based on a 66 min gradient that omits the final equilibration step (2% B for 1 min; 2% to 30% B in 55 min; 30 to 98% B in 15 min; 98% B for 10 min) at 250 nL/min flow rate using a Thermo Easy NanoLC HPLC.
