M - molecular weight marker (1 kb; Amresco). 1 - cDNA products (1,496 bp) with no region corresponding to the signal peptide, 5–8 - cDNA products (1,400 bp) without the first transmembrane insertion and 9–12 - cDNA products (1,316 bp) without the first and second transmembrane insertions.
