Disturbed miRNA expression in osteosarcoma tissue samples. The expression level of eight candidate miRNAs was detected in individual samples using TaqMan miRNA reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Statistical analyses were performed to analyze the overall trend of each miRNA in all osteosarcoma tissue samples.
