Expression levels of Notch molecules in dengue virus serotype 2 (DENV2) -infected monocytes. Monocytes were infected with DENV2 (multiplicity of infection 4) for 36 hr, and harvested for real-time PCR. Expression of Notch receptors (a), ligands (b) and target genes (c) were analysed and normalized to that of GAPDH in each sample.
