Table 1.

Segregation of mutant alleles in the F1 generation of a self-cross of the Atrgtb1+/–Atrgtb2–/– mutant Atrgtb1+/–Atrgtb2–/– plants were self-crossed. Analysis of the genotypes in the F1 generation was performed by binomial exact test against the H0 hypothesis that one in four of the progeny carries a double mutation in RGTB genes.
