Pre-operative diagnostic imaging. Magnetic resonance imaging of the left scrotum shows a low-intensity mass in the paratesticular region on T1 (A) -and T2 (B) -weighted imaging, and areas of high signals on diffusion-weighted imaging (white arrows; C).
