Loss of CD73 on hematopoietic cells did not affect B16-F10 tumor growth and immune response. WT or CD73^−/− bone marrow was grafted to WT mice after whole-body irradiation. B16-F10 cells (25 × 10⁴) were injected subcutaneously into the hindlimb of bone barrow grafted mice. (A, B) MRI measurement of tumor and peritumoral edema was performed on day 17 post injection.
